Bedroom Interior: My first try on making a bedroom scene

This is supposed to be a modern minimalist bedroom, however i think i've overdone it; maybe because i enjoyed putting a lot of things for rendering. This is far from all the luxurious type of designs that we're working on with the company.

Most of the time, clients here love luxurious and classical designs which maybe symbolizes wealth for them. We have different takes on how we want our houses or bedrooms to look like, me, i just want something comfortable and looks peaceful. That's why i used a combination of white, brown, and blue here. I just felt that i will be able to sleep well on this bed. I added the eames chair which really attracts me. I used a herringbone parquet but i think the plain horizontal or vertical parquet will pull it off better.

Books shouldn't be missed because i love collecting books! anyway, when i did this, i'm thinking about my own room. :p I hope to share more on different kinds of bedrooms, a more improved versions coming from a more experienced designer. That should come after a year or two (being an experienced designer), i will be needing more experiences and knowledge.

P.S.
I'm thinking of adding a pottery barn pompom trimmings on my white pillows. You can check that out in the must have section.

Architectural Stuffs: Models

Without Passion, life would be nothing yes indeed!

A treasure that will never be taken away from a person is his
creativity and  broad imagination

I'm proud to share this little art work from today; a collaboration with a friend. Oh how i've missed my college life! this is exactly what i do way back then. All the sleepless nights are all because of this stuffs; but hey this one's making me proud. And now that i'm all done with college, i can't say that i'm done with architectural stuffs because as long as i'm living, art will be my life. :)

So we started with conceptualization, specifically on the materials that will be used. We've decided to use clay and wires. You can check on how to bend the wires here. It's hard to think on how you're going to shape the whole thing! so thanks to that tutorial on youtube. After making the frame (which is made of wire) we started putting the clays on it and let it dry. I left a some open wires that will later on hold the leaves.

These wires left scars on my hand! >.< It's too late to realize that I should've used gloves to protect my skin from the sharp wires. The outcome is great though, because i enjoyed doing the whole process! It didn't cross my mind that i will miss doing all of this now that i'm working.
This is a first post for this blog, it will also serve as a test post, but after this i promise to post more often! just an obligatory blogging for self satisfaction while working far from my home country.
